A German hybrid

Cambozola is a German hybrid of white mold and blue cheese, and as the name suggests, a blend of Camembert and Gorgonzola. It has a soft, creamy texture like a Camembert and a taste reminiscent of Gorgonzola, but milder. It’s a perfect choice for both cheese boards and pasta sauces.
