Nachos with Blue and Salsa

Ingredients for 2 servings

Nacho chips or similar
1 pack Castello® Traditional Danish Blue cheese

Salsa
Jalapeno peppers in brine – drained and rinsed
To serve – more salsa if desired

Nachos with Blue and Salsa

Preparation

Preheat oven to 200ºC/400ºF

In a shallow, ovenproof dish, layer up the nacho chips, with salsa, crumbled cheese and a few sliced jalapenos, finishing with cheese on top.

Bake in oven for 12 – 15 minutes until cheese melting and golden, serve with soured cream, more salsa and guacamole as dips.
