1. Cut the puff pastry into a circle to fit the baking pan. Cut the figs into quarters and place on the puff pastry.
2. Crumble Traditional Danish Blue on top and drizzle with honey and fresh rosemary.
3. Bake in the oven at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size – the cheese should be melted and the pastry crust should be slightly golden. Serve warm.
