Modern Spring Cheese Board with Raspberry Spread

Ingredients for 1 serving

Raspberry Chia Thyme Jam:

15 raspberries

1/2 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Leaves of 2 small sprigs of fresh thyme

 

Cheese Board:

Castello Havarti Caraway

Castello Traditional Danish Blue

Folie à Deux Cabernet Sauvignon

Honey

Watercress

Raspberries

Grissini breadsticks

Rosemary

Raspberry chia thyme jam

Pickles

Blackberries

Pears

Pine nuts

Seaweed “caviar”

Salami

Endive

Modern Spring Cheese Board with Raspberry Spread

Preparation

Raspberry Chia Thyme Jam:

Add all of the ingredients to a bowl. Mash with a fork and stir. 

Set aside to gel for at least 30 minutes. Use immediately.
