Salad with cauliflower, chorizo and Castello Traditional Danish Blue

  • 4 fresh chorizo sausages
  • Mixed lettuce
  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1 package Castello Traditional Danish Blue
  • 1/4 cup caper berries
  • 1/4 cup roasted pine nuts
  • Fresh basil
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
Salad with Cauliflower, Chorizo and Castello Traditional Danish Blue

Preparation

Fry the chorizo on a hot pan and cut into slices. Place lettuce on a serving dish. Add sliced chorizo, cauliflower and Castello Traditional Danish Blue. Finish the dish with caper berries, pine nuts and basil. Just before serving the salad, season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of lemon juice and olive oil.
