Salami and Dill Havarti Crostini

Ingredients for 12 servings

6 slices of premium salami thinly sliced

Castello Dill Havarti

Garlic-infused Ciabatta sticks or baguettes, sliced to 1/2 inch thick

Fresh parsley or dill, to taste

Olive oil, to taste

Salami and Dill Havarti Crostini


  1. Slice bread to 1/2” thick and brush with olive oil
  2. Slice Castello Dill Havarti thinly and add to bread. Add 1/2 slice of salami to each. Sprinkle with olive oil.
  3. Broil for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
  4. Serve warm with a glass of wine.
