A slice of Danablu is like everything you want from a great conversation: it’s assertive,
tangy, surprising. This is a cheese with bags of personality, drawing you in with its athletic
aroma, playing gentle with its crumbly, creamy morsels, only to catch you out with a
soft bitterness, like sourdough, and a big marzipan finish.

Castello Blue is served on cheeseboards or on bread, and it also serves as a delicious ingredient in sauces, dressings, salads and many other treats. Serve it with roasted almonds, walnuts and honey. Furthermore Danablu is suitable for grilling.
