Pesto with arugula and Castello Aged Gouda

  • 100 g arugula, finely chopped
  • 50 g Castello® Aged Gouda
  • 50 g pine nuts, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1⁄2 dl olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Grate the cheese and mix with all the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
