- 1 pack of Castello Creamy White
- 16 small round tortilla chips
- 5 tbsp. green pesto, such as parsley or basil
- 16 pcs. salted almonds
Tortilla snackwith Creamy White and green pesto
Take the cheese out of the refrigerator about ½ hour before serving. Spread tortilla chips on a platter or large plate. Cut the cheese and place a small piece of cheese on each chips and 1 tsp. pesto on top.
Garnish with whole almonds and serve immediately.
Serve with Prosecco.
