  • 1 pack of Castello Creamy White
  • 16 small round tortilla chips
  • 5 tbsp. green pesto, such as parsley or basil
  • 16 pcs. salted almonds
Tortilla snack with Creamy White and green pesto

Preparation

Take the cheese out of the refrigerator about ½ hour before serving. Spread tortilla chips on a platter or large plate. Cut the cheese and place a small piece of cheese on each chips and 1 tsp. pesto on top.

Garnish with whole almonds and serve immediately.

Serve with Prosecco.
