Omelet with Castello Double Crème White, mushrooms and fresh thyme

Preparation

Cook the mushrooms on a very hot pan and take them off. Turn the stove down to medium heat, whisk 4 eggs and pour in the pan. Add a lid and leave it until the surface is firm. Fold the omelet and top with mushrooms, Double Crème White and fresh thyme.

Serve with a glass of tomato juice.
