Bresaola wrapped grissini with cheddar and basil sauce

  • 10 grissini / bread sticks
  • 20 slices of bresaola
  • Fresh basil
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • 2 anchovies
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp. sherry vinegar
  • 75 g Castello Extra Matured Cheddar
Bresaola wrapped grissini with cheddar and basil sauce

Preparation

Wrap two slices of bresaola around each grissini, and place the wrapped grissini in a plate or bowl. Blend basil, olive oil, anchovies, garlic and sherry vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce in the plate next to the wrapped grissini. Grate Castello Extra Matured Cheddar on the wrapped grissini and serve.
