- 1 pack Castello Creamy Blue
- 4 tbsp. Amarena cherries
- 12 pcs. biscotti biscuits
- 1 teaspoon. sea salt
Creamy Bluewith biscotti and amarena cherries
Remove the cheese from the refrigerator about ½ hour before serving. Cut the cheese into small serving pieces and arrange them in a small dish or bowl. Add cherries and a little syrup from the jar on the cheese. Top with biscotti biscuits and serve with a little sprinkle of sea salt.
Serve with sweet and fresh Prosecco.
