  • 1 pack Castello Creamy Blue
  • 4 tbsp. Amarena cherries
  • 12 pcs. biscotti biscuits
  • 1 teaspoon. sea salt
Creamy Blue with biscotti and amarena cherries

Preparation

Remove the cheese from the refrigerator about ½ hour before serving. Cut the cheese into small serving pieces and arrange them in a small dish or bowl. Add cherries and a little syrup from the jar on the cheese. Top with biscotti biscuits and serve with a little sprinkle of sea salt.

Serve with sweet and fresh Prosecco.
