  • 2 slices of bread, for example sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons. olive tapenade
  • 20 g. Frieze salad, cleaned
  • 4 slices of parma ham
  • 8 pcs. blackberry
  • 2 tablespoons. Honeydewed walnuts

Preparation

Take the cheese out of the refrigerator approx. One ½ hour before serving. Cut the cheese into smaller pieces. Grease the bread with olive taped and put the lettuce salad on the bread. Distribute Parma ham and blackberry on the bread. Drip with honey-rolled walnuts and server.
