  • 4 pancakes (ready-made)
  • 80 g. Mixed fresh berries, such as raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries
  • 4 tbsp. preserved cherries, such as Amarena

Serve with sweet sparkling wine

Heart-shaped pancakes with Creamy White and berries

Preparation

Heat the pancakes in the oven and cut out small hearts. Cut the cheese into small serving pieces and arrange on a plate with the heart-shaped pancakes. Sprinkle with fresh berries and pickled cherries and serve with sparkling wine.
