Black Pepper Cream Cheese with Smoked Salmon and Chilli Salsa

ingredients

  • 125 g Castello® Black Pepper Cream Cheese
  • 200 g smoked salmon slices (roughly 8)
  • ½ red chilli, finely diced
  • ½ yellow capsicum, finely diced
  • ½ cucumber, finely diced
  • handful coriander, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ red onion, finely sliced

preparation

1. Combine the yellow capsicum, chilli, cucumber, coriander, red onion and lime juice in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

2. On one large platter (or four individual plates), arrange the Castello® Black Pepper Cream Cheese, smoked salmon slices and a couple of generous spoonfuls of the chilli salsa.

3. Serve with some fresh crusty bread, bagels or even crumpets. Brunch in a flash!
