Enjoyed in great company with friends or a movie – our recipe for chili cheese popcorn with aged havarti presents a fun twist on the grandparent of all snack-foods. Dusted in smoked paprika and ground chili, hot popcorn receive a dash of grated lemon zest and fine shavings of havarti.

1. Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a large saucepan. Add the popcorn, cover and shake the pan for about 3-5 min or until the popcorn is popped.

2. Remove the pan from the heat and add the remaining oil and paprika, chili, lemon zest, salt and pepper.

3. Put the lid on and shake the pan thoroughly until everything is mixed together.

4. Sprinkle the popcorn with grated Castello Aged Havarti and serve while they are warm.
