1. Combine all the ingredients except the dried fruit, in a baking tin (approx. 22 x 30 cm).
2. Toast the granola in the middle of the oven for approx. 30 min. at 175°C – stirring occasionally.
3. Remove the granola from the oven and leave to cool slightly.
4. Add the dried fruit and season to taste.
Granola with coconut tastes delicious with yoghurt or other acidified dairy products.
