TROPICAL TOAST WITH PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE
The humble ‘cheese on toast’ taken to another level. Our recipe for Tropical Fruit & Almond Cream Cheese Toast is a breakfast of grand proportions and a snack that keeps surprising. Glossed in sprinkles of chilli sauce, flavours are vibrant and diverse, offering a distinct palate that does not shy away.
Ingredients
a few slices of Castello® Tropical fruit & almond cream cheese, cut into cubes
2 slices of sourdough bread
canned pineapples pieces
some macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
some chilli sauce
some chopped spring onions
½ limes

Preparation
Prepare a spicy salsa from pineapple cubes, macadamia nuts, chilli sauce and spring onions. Adjust the amount of each ingredient to your liking.
Toast the bread.
Arrange a few slices of Castello® Tropical Fruit & Almond Cream Cheese and some spicy salsa on top of your toast. Squeeze a little bit of lime on each.
