  • 200 g hummus
  • 1 Castello Creamy White
  • 2 avocados
  • Salad
  • Watercress

Preparation

Cut out the flat bread and roast it gently on the toaster. Add the hummus generously on the bread, top with lettuce, slices of Castello Creamy White and sliced avocado. Top with watercress, salt and pepper.
