Castello Creamy Blue cheese is a true star in our portfolio. It was invented in Denmark back in 1969 when our talented cheese makers explored bringing together the mild and delicate nature of a brie, with the more intense profile of traditional blue cheeses. Creamy Blue is now a classic blue mould cheese type of its own. <br><br>Our Creamy Blue range is lusciously smooth, balanced with some sharper notes from the blue mould. All cheeses have a unique star pattern which develops when piercing each cheese round during its maturation process.
