Creamy Brie Baked Spaghetti

The most requested recipe from our recent collaboration with Tastemade. Add some indulgence to your next pasta dish. For ultimate creaminess, it's all about smooth shapes, copper cutlery and Castello Double Cream Brie of course!

  • 300 g Castello® Double Cream Brie, or use 2 x 150g packs
  • 400 g dried spaghetti, weigh and then cook until al dente
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • pinch chili flakes
  • 30 g grated parmesan, for serving


Preheat oven to 180°C.

Add the cooked spaghetti to a large oven-proof skillet. Cut off the top of the brie and then place on top of the spaghetti. Bake for about 25 minutes until the brie is totally melted throughout.

Fold brie into the spaghetti using tongs. Add olive oil, garlic and chilli flakes, and toss until fully coated. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan, if desired. Serve immediately.
