Crispy asparagus and Castello® Greek-Style cheese

This crispy summer recipe is an all-rounder thanks to its fresh flavours and the flavourful Castello® Greek-Style cheese Cubes. This recipe would make a delicious side dish or appetizer.

500 g green asparagus
40 g hazelnuts roughly chopped
¼ cups thyme roughly chopped
black pepper
salt

Trim the asparagus stems (2 cm) and fry them in a very hot pan with oil for approx. 2min.
While frying, season the asparagus with salt to taste. Place cooked asparagus on a small serving tray and sprinkle the hazelnuts on top.
Garnish with the Castello® Greek-Style cheese cubes and finish the dish with thyme and black pepper.
