  • 1 tbsp roasted hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 slice of white bread

preparation

1. Toast the bread

2. Roast the hazelnuts in a pan

3. Cut slices of Castello® Double Cream Brie

4. Top the bread with all the ingredients

5. Serve with a creamy latte
