Pastrami Crackers With Blue Cheese

Ingredients

4 Portions
12 crackers
1 radicchio
12 slices bresaola
100-150 g red grape, cut in half
Red fresh basil (can be replaced with basil)

Preparation

Add a slice of bresaola and a radicchio leaf to the crackers.

Place about a teaspoon of Castello® Traditional Danish Blue on the crackers with a half red grape.

Finish with red basil leaves.
