Aged Havarti Crème Fraîche Plate

ingredients

  • 200 g Castello® Aged Havarti broken into pieces
  • crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • pinch salt and freshly ground black peppers
  • smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • Belgian endive
  • Crepe, cut into 1 “ strips or mini pancakes (optional)

preparation

1. In a small bowl stir together crème fraîche, horseradish, lemon juice, salt and white pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.

2. On two salad plates arrange the Castello® Aged Havarti cheese, a dollop of crème fraîche, smoked salmon, capers and Belgian endive.

3. A dessert crêpe or mini pancakes rounds out the flavours in this plate (optional).
