4 waffles (either frozen or from the bakery counter)
maple syrup (only if it tickles your fancy)
1x 125 g package Castello® Extra creamy danish blue

Preparation

1. Toast waffles according to the pack directions and at the same time, grill the bacon.

2. Spread the waffles generously with Castello® Extra Creamy Danish Blue Cheese and top with crispy bacon and if you like, a little maple syrup.
