Cheddar and Gingerbread Cheese Plate

port wine
dried cherries
gingerbread cake cookies or any gingerbread that you prefer
garnish with candied orange or lemons rinds (optional)

Place the dried cherries and port into a jar.
Cover and refrigerate for up to three days.
Drain and serve with gingerbread cookies and Cheddar Cheese.
Garnish with candied citrus (optional).
