Pastrami on Hot Rye with Blue and Cornichons
Ingredients
1 serving
2 slices Rye bread with seeds
mayonnaise mixed with little wholegrain mustard
pastrami
2 cornichons – halved lengthways.

Toast the bread, then spread immediately with the mustard mayonnaise and layer up ingredients onto one slice.
Top with second slice of toast, cut and serve whilst still warm.
