• 4 oz Castello® Havarti creamy cheese
• rocket
• watercress
• 2 hass avocados
• 3 baby cucumbers
• 1 pint Fresh blueberry
• 1 pint Fresh blackberry
• salt and pepper to taste

For the Blueberry Vinaigrette

• ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
• ½ cup avocado oil
• 2 tbsp honey
• ¼ cup fresh blueberries
• salt and pepper to taste
