Ingredients

Your favourite apricots jam
1 pack Water crackers, or your favourite type!
micro herbs to garnish

Preparation

Take the Castello® Danish Blue Cheese out of the fridge and leave to come to room temperature for about 20 - 30 minutes.

Place a teaspoon of your favourite apricot jam on top of each cracker. Place a slice of Castello® Danish Blue Cheese on top. Garnish with micro herbs if desired. Voila! The perfect movie night snack in mere moments.
