A rustic feel of Mediterranean summers – our recipe for Greek Style cheese dip, serrano grissini and fennel salad is a wonderful summertime snack. Bring some joy to the table with lovely, salty Greek Style Cubes, salty Serrano grissini and crunchy vegetables and nuts. This little pleaser is bound to spur an appetite.
Ingredients
- 1 Castello® Greek Style Cheese Cubes in Brine 430g
- 1 pack serrano ham
- 3 grissini
- ½ cucumbers, cut into crudités
- 2 carrots, cut into crudités
- 100 g fennel shavings
- handful almonds or macadamia nuts
Preparation
Preparation1. Serve Castello® Greek Style Cheese cubes with serrano wrapped grissini and cucumber and carrot crudités.
2. Enjoy with a side salad of fennel shavings, sprinkled with either almonds or macadamia nuts.
