1. Cut the puff pastry in circles to fit in the baking tin. Cut the figs into quarters and place on the puff pastry. Crumble Castello® Traditional Danish Blue on top and drizzle with honey and fresh rosemary.
2. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size – the cheese should be melted and the pastry crust should be slightly golden. Serve while it is still warm.
