ingredients

  • 4 fresh chorizo
  • mixed lettuce (romaine lettuce and red Mizuna)
  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1 Castello® Traditional danish blue
  • 50 g caper berries
  • 40 g roasted pine nuts
  • fresh fresh basil
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

preparation

Preparation

1. Fry the chorizo on a hot pan and cut into slices.

2. Place lettuce on a serving dish.

3. Add sliced chorizo, cauliflower and Castello® Traditional Danish Blue.

4. Finish the dish with caper berries, pine nuts and basil.

5. Just before serving the salad, season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of lemon juice and olive oil.
