Havarti Jalapeño Corn Dip

Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic minced
2 tbsp butter
1 jalapeño chilli diced
2 cups corn kernels
2 tbsp sour cream
salt and black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp lime juice
fresh fresh coriander
tortilla chips for serving
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
In a sauté pan add butter, minced garlic, and diced jalapeño.
Sauté for a few minutes.
Add corn kernels into the pan.
Sauté for 5 minutes until nicely charred.
Remove from heat.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Add sour cream, Castello Creamy Havarti Cheese, lime juice and cilantro.
Combine well and transfer skilled into the oven
Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
