1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Season steak with salt and pepper.
3. Place bread slices on sheet tray and toast in oven for about 6-8 minutes.
4. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to hot pan and sear for 2 minutes on all sides. Transfer to oven and cook steak to desired temperature.
5. Remove toasted bread from oven and drizzle remaining olive oil on top.
6. Layer steak, Castello Cracked Pepper Whipped Dip and arugula on top of toasts.
7. Serve and enjoy!
