When constructing a cheese board, use different types of cheese: sharp, creamy, white, or try rolling Castello® Havarti Creamy in freshly ground pepper for a flavor boost.
There should be a balance of savory and sweet accents, like bacon relish, truffle honey, and a combination of different mustards and jellies.
Round out the board with great tasting accouterments: olives, a sliced baguette, artichokes, peppers, pickles and special crackers.
Choose the correct serving “canvas” - a beautifully finished wood or a slate board. Garnish with colorful flowers for accent.
