Crisp salad, cool cucumber, sweet and tart cherry tomatoes, sharp scallions , fatty tuna, rich mayonaise and sweet and salty cheddar form a dish that’s light and refined while tasty and wholesome.
1. Tear the salad apart, then rinse and dry.
2. Place the salad leaves on plates.
3. Add finely chopped cucumber, halved tomatoes and tuna on the salad.
4. Top with mayonnaise and finely chopped scallions.
