Garlic/Onionish Salty

ingredients

  • a few slices of Castello® Pineapple & Almond Cream Cheese Ring
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • some canned pineapple pieces
  • some macadamia nuts
  • some chili sauce
  • some chopped spring onions
  • ½ lime

preparation

1. Prepare a spicy salsa from pineapple cubes, macadamia nuts, chili sauce and spring onions. Adjust the amount of each ingredient to your liking.

2. Toast the bread.

3. Arrange a few slices of Castello Pineapple & Almond Cream Cheese and some spicy salsa on top of your toast. Squeeze a little bit of lime on each.
