Female Millennial: Avaah Blackwell
Avaah is a Canadian stunt woman and actress on Star Trek Discovery and like her generation, she’s collaborative and loves Insta-worthy cheeseboards.
Avaah crafted her board by carving Havarti Party trees, which she did by stacking small slices on top of each other and donning with pomegranate seeds for ornaments. She cut a star shape from the brie and filled it with fig jam, then she turned the Taste Hawaii pineapple cream cheese ring into a holiday wreath by adding mint leaves and pomegranate seeds to look like holly. She did the same for the Taste Mexico cream cheese ring but used basil leaves and a sliced cherry tomato to match the savoury flavour of the sweet and spicy peppers. Lastly, Avaah cubed some of Castello’s Tickler and Gouda for a stunning board that has something for everyone.
