
Aged Havarti Crème Fraîche Plate

Ingredients
- 200 g Castello® Aged havarti broken into pieces
- sour cream or sour cream
- 1 tbsp horseradish
- pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper
- smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp capers
- Belgian endive
- Crepe, cut into 1 “ strips or mini pancakes (optional)
Preparation
Preparation1. In a small bowl stir together crème fraîche, horseradish, lemon juice, salt and white pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2. On two salad plates arrange the Castello® Aged Havarti cheese, a dollop of crème fraîche, smoked salmon, capers and Belgian endive.
3. A dessert crêpe or mini pancakes rounds out the flavours in this plate (optional).
