Aged Havarti Crème Fraîche Plate

sour cream or sour cream
1 tbsp horseradish
pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper
smoked salmon
2 tbsp capers
Belgian endive
Crepe, cut into 1 “ strips or mini pancakes (optional)

Preparation
In a small bowl stir together crème fraîche, horseradish, lemon juice, salt and white pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
On two salad plates arrange the Castello® Aged Havarti cheese, a dollop of crème fraîche, smoked salmon, capers and Belgian endive.
A dessert crêpe or mini pancakes rounds out the flavours in this plate (optional).
