Bacon Blue Guacamole
Ingredients

2 ripe avocados
1 lime, juiced
1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
freshly ground black pepper to taste
(60 mL) fresh fresh coriander, washed and finely chopped
1 fresh roma tomato, diced
hot sauce to taste (optional)
5 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and broken into bite-sized pieces

Cut open avocados, remove pit and scoop inside into a large bowl.
Add lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper and mash gently.
Add cilantro, tomato and hot sauce to taste; stir carefully to combine.
