Bacon Blue Guacamole

Salty Sour


  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
  • freshly ground black peppers to taste
  • (60 mL) fresh cilantro, washed and finely chopped
  • 1 fresh roma tomato, diced
  • hot sauce to taste (optional)
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Castello® Extra Creamy Danish Blue broken into bite-sized pieces
  • 5 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and broken into bite-sized pieces


1. Cut open avocados, remove pit and scoop inside into a large bowl.

2. Add lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper and mash gently.

3. Add cilantro, tomato and hot sauce to taste; stir carefully to combine.

4. Top with Castello® Extra Creamy Danish Blue crumbles and bacon pieces.
