1. Remove the cheese from the fridge about half an hour before serving.
2. Cut the Castello® Double Crème Blue longitudinally in two halves. Place in two bowls.
3. Dice the pear coarsely and chop the red cabbage and add it to the bowls together with dates and fried chicken.
4. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and drizzle with rapeseed oil and elderflower vinegar.
