1. Remove the Castello® Double Crème Blue from the refrigerator about ½ hour before serving.
2. Cut the Castello® Double Crème Blue into small serving pieces and arrange them in a small dish or bowl.
3. Add cherries and a little syrup from the jar on the cheese. Top with biscotti biscuits and serve with a little sprinkle of sea salt.
5. Serve with sweet and fresh Prosecco.
