Cheddar and Gingerbread Cheese Plate

  • 200 g Castello® Tickler™ Extra Mature Cheddar
  • port wine
  • dried cherries
  • gingerbread cookies or any gingerbread that you prefer
  • garnish with candied orange or lemon rinds (optional)


1. Place the dried cherries and port into a jar.

2. Cover and refrigerate for up to three days.

3. Drain and serve with gingerbread cookies and Cheddar Cheese.

4. Garnish with candied citrus (optional).
