- 200 g Castello® Tickler™ extra mature cheddar
- port wine
- dried cherries
- gingerbread cake cookies or any gingerbread that you prefer
- garnish with candied orange or lemons rinds (optional)
preparation
Preparation1. Place the dried cherries and port into a jar.
2. Cover and refrigerate for up to three days.
3. Drain and serve with gingerbread cookies and Cheddar Cheese.
4. Garnish with candied citrus (optional).
