CHEDDAR AND GINGERBREAD CHEESE PLATE

with Castello® Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar
Ingredients for 2-4 servings

200 g Castello® Extra Mature Cheddar, broken into small pieces
1/2 cup port
3/4 cup dried cherries
12 thin gingerbread cookies or any gingerbread that you prefer
garnish with candied orange or lemon rinds (optional)

CHEDDAR AND GINGERBREAD CHEESE PLATE

Preparation

Place the dried cherries and port into a jar. Cover and refrigerate for up to three days. Drain and serve with gingerbread cookies and Cheddar Cheese. Garnish with candied citrus (optional).
