Ingredients

150 g Castello® Double crème blue

125 g Castello® Cream cheese with pineapple

165 g Castello® Aged Havarti or another semi-hard Castello cheese

50 g of coarsely chopped walnuts

3 syrup

blueberries

fresh figs

crackers

Preparation

Remove the Castello® Double Crème Blue and Castello® Aged Havarti (or another semi-hard Castello cheese of your choice) from refrigerator approx. 1 hour before serving.

Later on, remove the Castello® Cream Cheese with Pineapple from the refrigerator approx. 15 minutes before serving.

Place the blueberries in a small bowl.

Slice the figs and place on a small serving plate.

Place walnuts in a bowl and drizzle with some syrup.
