
Croissants with Raspberries and Blue Cheese

- 4 croissants
- raspberries
- 1 pack 100 g Castello® Extra creamy blue slices
Preparation
Preparation1. Preheat oven to 150.C/300.F
2. Place croissants on a baking sheet and warm through in oven for approximately 5 mins.
3. Serve raspberries and cheese in separate dishes along with warmed croissants.
4. Let guests split and spread their own croissants with the cheese and top with fresh fruit.
