- 500 g strawberries
- 150 g Castello® Extra creamy brie
- 2 cups fresh fresh mint leaves
- 50 g almonds
- 4 tbsp raw cane sugar
- a warm baguettes
Preparation
Preparation1. Clean the strawberries and cut some of them in half. Cut the Castello® Double Crème White into small pieces.
Mint Pesto2. Blend the mint, almonds and sugar finely.
Serving3. Arrange the strawberries and cheese on a plate. Sprinkle with mint pesto and serve with a warm baguette.
