Ingredients

500 g strawberries

Mint pesto

2 cups fresh fresh mint leaves
50 g almonds
4 tbsp raw cane sugar

Serve with

a warm baguettes

Clean the strawberries and cut some of them in half. Cut the Castello® Double Crème White into small pieces.

Mint Pesto

Blend the mint, almonds and sugar finely.

Serving

Arrange the strawberries and cheese on a plate. Sprinkle with mint pesto and serve with a warm baguette.
