Crackers deserving of your cheese - our recipe for Homemade crackers in an impressive addition to any cheese board. Season these crunchy beauties to your liking - or to complement your cheeses. Poppy or nigella seeds, grated Parmesan cheese, herbs, salt or spices are all wonderful flavours for your cheese.
ingredients
- 400 g of wheat flour
- 2 dl water
- pinch of salt
- oil
preparation
Preparation1. Knead all ingredients together (machine is recommended).
2. Gather the dough in a bowl and let it rise on the kitchen counter for 30-60 minutes.
3. Roll the dough out thinly and cut out some crackers (use cutters or a glass).
4. Brush each biscuit with oil and bake at 200° for about 15 minutes. (Keep an eye on the crackers so they don’t turn dark)
