1. Coat 4 small cocottes and add a slice of toast in each.
2. Crack the egg and carefully place on upon the toast. Top with bacon, chives, freshly ground pepper and Castello® Tickler Extra Mature Cheddar.
3. Bake at 225 degrees for 15 minutes – or until the cheddar is golden and the egg is done.
Depending on the size of the egg the cooking time will vary.
